How to get listed?

The hotels listed on the Green Hotel Finder currently includes over 8,000 who have been indexed, benchmarked or certified by one of the over 130 local, regional and international organizations which provide such services, each with different approach and emphasis, thus no common measurement approach. As it is very important for consumers to trust the hotels listed on the Green Hotel Finder, all listed hotels will be required to be registered with the Global Sustainability Index, which is developed and maintained by Sustainability Intelligence Limited (UK), in cooperation and/or supported by various NGO, Associations, and UN organizations (i.e. UNWTO, PATA, the Partnership for Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria, Green Globe International, US EPA ENERGY STAR, etc.).
